Owner surrenders are not our main focus. Your kitty has you to advocate for it's safety, we focus on stray kitties living in outdoor elements that have no caretaker. We are foster based and do not have a facility, therefore we have to find a foster willing to take them prior to agreeing to take them into our care. You are welcome to fill this form out but please be aware that we may not be able to accomodate your kitty and you should be exploring other facilities.
